How much does a handyman job cost?
My minimum charge is £85, which covers call-out and the first two hours. After that, it's £35 per hour. A day rate of £250 is available for larger projects (up to 8 hours). Materials are quoted separately. Use my Quick Estimator to get an instant quote for specific tasks.
Can I book a handyman online in Kent?

Can I book for the same day?
Same-day bookings depend on availability. Check the calendar on the booking page to see available slots. For urgent repairs, call me directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major debit and credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and more. Payment is due on completion of the work. No cash required, no invoices to chase — simple and transparent. Just request a booking through my online form — no deposit needed.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No — there's no deposit and no upfront payment. You pay by card when the work is done. Simple as that.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a £50 fee. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to rearrange.
Do you include materials in the quote?
My quotes cover labour only. Materials and consumables are additional. I'll provide an estimate of material costs on site before proceeding.
Can I get a discount for regular bookings?
